Why Splendour Box

We only source products from brands that share our obsession with wholesome, natural food and toxin free beauty and home care products. Each month, you will receive a box filled with 6-10 full and sample-sized products as well as a recipe or a discounted/complimentary wellness program from inspirational fitness and wellness leaders.

How does Splendour Box choose what’s inside?

We are constantly scouring the health food and beauty world to select only the highest quality products to go into our boxes. The products must adhere to 2 or more of the following: Refined sugar free, organic, GMO free, raw, vegan, sustainable, fair trade, gluten free, dairy free, wheat free, non-preservative or additives, chemical and toxin free. How do I sign up for Splendour Box?

Head to our ‘how it works’ page and simply select one of the plans to sign-up and get your box delivered each month. You can also create an account where you can manage your subscription and other details such as your bank account and address. Click here to create an account.

How does my subscription work?

We post our boxes on two dates each month.   Depending on when you subscribe, your box will either be dispatched on the 15th or the 1st of the month.  (please see “When can I expect to have my box delivered” for estimated delivery times”) Your re-bill date will be set for the 19th of the following month and will renew each month thereafter on the 19th until you cancel, and your box will be sent out every month thereafter on the 1st.
1-4 Days: Perth, Bunbury, Margaret river, Albany
7-14 Days: North West, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, ACT, Tasmania

Quarterly subscribers:

We post our boxes out on two dates each month and depending on when you subscribe, your box will either be posted out on the 1st or the 15th of the month. Your re-bill date will be set to renew in 3 months on the 19th of that month, and your box will be sent out every month thereafter on the 1st.
When can I expect to have my gift box delivered?


We dispatch all boxes on two dates each month and depending on when you make the purchase.   Your box will either be dispatched on either the 1st or the 15th of the month.  However, if you have a special occasion and you need the box delivered as soon as possible, please email us and we will make it happen.

What about allergies and dietary requirements?

Splendour Box advises you always read the label on each product. We make no representation or warranty that any products in the box will adhere to your specific dietary needs, allergies and/or lifestyle.We are not liable for, and will not provide refunds for any products you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason.

Where can I buy products that is in my box?

There is link to each business we partner with on our homepage. Simply look for their logo and click-through to their website. You will also be able to find information on where to buy the products on our blog. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please email us at hello@splendourbox.com.au

What is your cancellation policy?

All subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Unless a subscription is cancelled at least 1 day before the next billing date or subsequent subscription period, the subscription automatically renews for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click here to log onto your account to cancel your subscription. No fees are attached to cancellation.

Will I be charged for cancelling my box?

No.  We do not charge any cancellation fees, but you will have to cancel at least 1 day before the next billing date which is on the 19th of each month. If you cancel on the 19th you will still be billed for that month, however your subscription for the following month will be cancelled.

Who delivers Splendour box?

Our delivery partners use a number of courier services nationally to ensure we can deliver boxes at a cost-effective rate nationally. If you are not satisfied with the courier services, please get in touch via hello@splendourbox.com.au so that we can review their service.

What if I’m not home?

Our delivery partner hand delivers all of the packages they’re entrusted with. If there is no one there to sign for the parcel, they’ll have to leave a note and rearrange delivery at a later, more convenient time. We recommend giving our delivery partner the authority to leave the package somewhere safe if you are not home.

Do you take returns?

All boxes and products are checked for quality prior to delivery and while Splendour Box endeavours to ensure that the box and product is delivered to you in good condition, they may be damaged during delivery. If you intend to seek a replacement box or product you must send through a picture sufficiently illustrating the damage to BOX for assessment. If Splendour Box assesses the damage and at its discretion agrees to replace the box or product, you may at your own cost return the damaged box or product to the address we will provide to you. Splendour Box will replace the box and/or product as soon as practical. You accept that Splendour Box will not refund any opened or used products. In the case where the product is sold out, Splendour Box will provide you with an alternative product. Our contact details: hello@splendourbox.com.au
